Randy Joe Sandoval was born in Los Angeles, California 0n November 12, 1962 to Jose Refugio and Irene Sandoval. He is survived by his mother, Irene Sandoval; sisters, Sandra and Cynthia Sandoval; brothers, John, Robert, Rick and Joe Sandoval; nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Elizabeth Ann Seaton Catholic Church in Rowland Heights, CA on Wednesday, May 16, 2001 at 10:00 AM. Following the mass, he will be interred in the Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Rowland Heights with his father, who passed away several years ago.
