Dear Glenn: As we move through the ups and downs of these grief-stricken days, I think of you often - your comforting voice on the other end of the phone, reassuring us that the body would be gently treated with respect and dignity. At a time where our load seemed too much to bear, you helped us survive by freeing us of those earthly concerns. It is a time of quiet reflection nd meditation for me. As my thoughts turn to you, I want to thank you for your comforting presence at the memorial service in August. You have been so kind to people you did not even know - how grateful we are.
